Colossians 3:23-24 ~ Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
Are you working in a job you dislike? Do it with all your heart anyway, as working for the Lord…since you know that you WILL receive an inheritance from the Lord as a REWARD.
Are you over-stressed with so many responsibilities to keep your business running smoothly? Do it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…since you know that you WILL receive an inheritance from the Lord as a REWARD.
Reward…we all like to be rewarded, yes? God is the one who will reward us if we are faithful to Him and faithful to the work of our hands, because we ultimately work unto Him, not unto human masters, not unto our own strivings.
If we will remember that all that we do is done before God and be careful to do what is pleasing to Him, we WILL be rewarded. Our God is a good God, a loving God, and a God who promises blessing and favor on His children!
